    Will the sofa fit through my apartment lift?

    Send us your lift dimensions on WhatsApp and we'll confirm against the carton size before you order, not after. Every piece has a documented carton dimension.

    How long is delivery in Bangalore?

    Most pieces are made to order, so lead time depends on the item. You get a confirmed date at the time of ordering rather than a vague range.

    The finish looks different on my screen. What do I do?

    Screens lie, particularly with walnut and cherry tones. Come and see the actual finish at Queens Road before you commit — it's the whole reason the showroom exists.

    Is the upholstery genuinely pet-friendly?

    On the Clio, yes — it's a mohair weave chosen specifically for pet households. Not every fabric in the range is, and we'll tell you which ones aren't.

    Can I buy without visiting the showroom?

    You can, and plenty do. But at these prices we'd rather you sat on it first, which is why the visit is free and carries no obligation.
